Billy Got a Boat, But ...

Billy Casey is ahead preflop with KK to his opponent's 88.

Billy is ahead postflop, with a set of Kings to his opponent's set of 8's.

Billy even rivers a boat when the board pairs, but Billy is not only no longer ahead, he's knocked out.

Why?

Because the board paired the 8, giving his opponent quads for a 40,000-chip pot.

It is OK, though, this happened a bit before registration closed, and Billy is back up to 38,000 already.
