A number of regular tournament players from here made deep runs this summer in Las Vegas at the annual Poker Player Summer Camp known as the WSOP, and Duy Ho was definitely one of them.
At one point in Day 4 of the WSOP Main Event, both Duy and Jasthi Kumar from here were in the top 5 in chips.
Duy - 6th place in last year's Ante Up World Championships - ended up in 288th place at the WSOP Main Event, a $36k cash. His career-best cash was a 5th in a WSOP event in 2012 for a $185k cash.
