Trips Doubles

There's a bet to 3,000 on a Kc Kc Kc flop - 4,500 already in the pot - and Johnny 'Trips' Sheehan moves all in. The other player asks for a count, the dealer says it is for Sheehan's last 12,125, drawing a snap-call.

Sheehan - Kc Kc for middle pair and an open-ended straight draw.
Opponent - Kc Kc for the overpair and a gusthost straight draw.

Sheehan does end up being open-ended FTW, not wanting to end up with two pair here, as that would knock him out of the tournament.

The Kc turn doesn't change anything but Sheehan - runner up last month in the HPT Championship Event here - rivers Kc for the bottom straight, good for a double to 32,000.
