Limp, Move, Loose Call, Chop
Action limps around to Melinda Burgess in the SB and she completes. Her challenger in the BB moves all-in, a 28x raise and they have just about equal stacks.
Easy fold, right?
Burgess asks for a count, pauses some more, and then a single yellow 1k chip is flipped out to indicate a call (I hear Matt Savage groaning all the way from the LAPC to here for the single-chip call).
Cards are turned over and most at the table are doubly-surprised.
a 28x move with A9 draws a few stares, and the call-off with K-9 draws even more.
The board goes 2-3-2-2-
Chop it up, nothing to see here, folks.
